Gaza – Proses renovasi Rumah Sakit Indonesia (RSI) di Gaza Utara terus berlanjut dengan beberapa proyek perbaikan dan pengadaan yang tengah dikerjakan. 

Sejumlah langkah telah disepakati oleh Medical Emergency Rescue (MER-C) untuk memastikan fasilitas Rumah Sakit tetap beroperasi optimal, di tengah krisis yang masih terjadi di Gaza. 

Ketua Presidium MER-C Dr.dr. Hadiki Habib, SpPD, SpEm mengatakan, saat ini proyek renovasi yang sedang berjalan mencakup perbaikan Gas Central Station, serta pembenahan pintu masuk, kanopi, dan bagian depan IGD RSI, termasuk perbaikan pintu belakang yang sebelumnya rusak akibat insiden tank.

Di sisi peralatan dan pemeliharaan, MER-C tengah berupaya menyediakan peralatan konstruksi untuk tim perbaikan Rumah Sakit. Poses penilaian juga telah dilakukan, dan pencarian jenis barang yang tersedia di pasar sedang berlangsung.

Selain itu, dr. Hadiki mengatakan perbaikan mesin Air Handling Unit (AHU) untuk kamar operasi masih menunggu proses penilaian, sebelum dapat dilakukan perbaikan lebih lanjut.

"Untuk mendukung suplai energi rumah sakit, tim juga sedang dalam tahap awal pengadaan generator baru. Saat ini, telah dilakukan kontak dengan supplier, namun karena barang berasal dari luar Gaza, tim masih memastikan harga serta akses masuknya," kata dr. Hadiki yang saat ini tengah berada di Jalur Gaza. 

Sementara itu, program solar panel tahap kedua masih dalam tahap pengecekan harga di pasar lokal. 

"Saat ini tersedia 20 keping panel baru, namun menurut tim teknis, harga yang ditawarkan masih terlalu tinggi. Oleh karena itu, proyek ini untuk sementara ditunda sambil mencari solusi terbaik," tambahnya. 

Dengan berbagai upaya ini, diharapkan RSI dapat terus memberikan pelayanan medis bagi warga Gaza dengan fasilitas yang semakin baik dan andal.

Indonesia Hospital Renovation Continuation: Several Repairs are in Progress

Gaza – The renovation process of the Indonesia Hospital (RSI) in Northern Gaza continues with several repair and procurement projects being worked on.

Several steps have been agreed upon by the Medical Emergency Rescue (MER-C) to ensure that the Hospital facilities could continue to optimally operate, amidst the ongoing crisis in Gaza.

The Head Presidium of MER-C, Dr.dr. Hadiki Habib, SpPD, SpEm said that the ongoing renovation projects currently include repairs to the Gas Central Station, as well as improvements to the entrance, canopy, and front door of the Emergency Departement unit, including reparation on the back door of the Hospital, which was previously damaged by the tank incident.

On the equipment and maintenance side, MER-C is trying to provide construction equipments for the Hospital repairation team. The assessment process has also been carried out, and the search for types of available tools on the market is currently ongoing.

In addition, dr. Hadiki said that the reparation of the Air Handling Unit (AHU) machine for the operating room is still waiting for the assessment process to be done, before further repairs can be carried out.

"To support the hospital's energy supply, the team is also in the early stages of procuring a new generator. Currently, contact has been made with the suppliers, but since the goods come from the outside of Gaza, the team is still confirming the prices and the access of how to enter," said Dr. Hadiki who is currently in the Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, the second phase of the solar panel program is still in the stage of checking prices in the local market.

"Currently, 20 new panels are available, but according to the technical team, the price offered is still too high. Therefore, this project has been temporarily postponed while looking for the best solution," he added.

With these various efforts, it is hoped that the Indonesia Hospital can continue to provide medical services for Gaza residents with increasingly better and more reliable facilities.
