Dr. Marwan saat ini masih bertahan di RS Indonesia bersama relawan lokal MER-C dan sejumlah staf lainnya.
Ia juga memohon dukungan dan doa dari seluruh masyarakat Indonesia untuk keselamatan mereka.

Dr. Marwan Al-Sultan, Director of the Indonesia Hospital in Gaza, has called on the Indonesian government to pressure Israel to halt its aggression and implement a ceasefire. He conveyed this urgent appeal through a video message sent directly to MER-C Indonesia on Monday, May 19, 2025.
Currently, Dr. Marwan is still holding out at the Indonesia Hospital alongside local MER-C volunteers and other staff members. He also seeks support and prayers from the Indonesian people for their safety.
